At high temperatures or high air humidity or heat radiation and other adverse weather conditions, the luminaires' lifespan is under challenge. "Heat" LED High Bay Light is born with revolutionary air flow design, high temperature LED chips and patent designed thermal technology, it shows great performances even in 65℃. Convenient installation allows "Heat" to instantly replace the existing traditional luminaires. Suitable for below conditions:
- High temperature & heat radiation & low humidity: metallurgy like coking, iron making and steel rolling; machinery manufacturing industry like casting, forging, heat treatment furnace workshop; thermal power plant; boiler rooms, etc. The meteorological characteristics of these production sites are high temperature and high heat radiation intensity, while the relative humidity is low, forming a dry heat environment
- High temperature & high humidity & low heat radiation: dyeing, reeling, paper making, a large amount of water vapor is produced in the production process or the production requires the workshop to maintain a high relative humidity. For example, when the liquid is heated in above mentioned industries the temperature rises and the relative humidity goes up high

With this technology, the temperature on light source reduces 3°C and lumen output increases 5%. The tested lamp bead junction temperature is 116.3°C which is less than the 150 °C junction temperature value defined by Nichia
